Beliefs and Feelings
Before you start make sure you have a pen and piece of paper handy to make a record of your answers to the beliefs and feelings you are checking. There is a printable version of these lists here.
Reviewing your answers can reveal why areas of your life aren’t going the way you expect them to. You will be able to see which beliefs and feelings aren’t serving you. As these influence your thoughts you can work on changing them.
If you are intending to use Theta Healing to change a belief then remember to check which belief level they are held on.
You might have to ‘dig’ to find what is holding you current beliefs in place or if there is a ‘bottom belief’. There is a section in the Tapping Article 'Digging for a Bottom Belief' that gives you an idea of how to dig for a 'Bottom belief'.
And remember when working through long lists of beliefs and feelings it is always good practice to stop and check after every five or six to see if you have become dehydrated. It is not uncommon to dehydrate during muscle testing. Always Use the ‘double check’ of ‘Yes’, ‘No’ and ‘My name is….’.
