Please NOTE: These muscle tests can give errors if you are dehydrated. You can recover from this by drinking water or by rubbing your back just above the waist line where your kidneys are. Also, double check if you are responding correctly by saying ‘my name is’ and use an incorrect name and then try again using your real name. It is good practice to use the ‘yes’, ‘no’ and ‘my name is’ to ensure you are testing correctly. Obviously if you are dehydrated you will get a false result so follow the above to rectify this.

If you are working through a list of several beliefs and / or feelings, then it is always good practice to stop and check after five or six to see if you have become dehydrated. It is not uncommon to dehydrate during muscle testing. Always use the ‘double check’ of ‘Yes’, ‘No’ and ‘My name is….’.

Make a note of the beliefs you have tested and the response you get so you can deal with them correctly. You don’t want to change beliefs that work in your favour!

If you get a response ‘No’ for ‘I hate money’ then you would not want to change it if you are seeking to attract money in your life!

To reiterate, if we are using method one and you say “I am fat’ and your fingers open easily, then it isn’t a belief. With method two your body will move backwards. If it were ‘true’ then the opposite will happen; your fingers will be difficult to prise open with method one and you will sway forward with method two indicating you believe you are fat.
